Take It or Leave It is a song written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards recorded from December 3–6, 1965 at RCA Studios in Los Angeles, California and first released on their album Aftermath (UK version). It is known for the brilliant arrangements created by multi-instrumentalist and band founder Brian Jones, who used on the song the complex instrument called a Koto.

The Searchers released their version before the Stones as a single A-side in 1966, reaching no. 31 in the UK.
